The treatment facilities of the wasted oil from vessels have been constructed at 38 sites of 24 ports by November 1997. 20 oil-recovery ships, 21 cleaning ships and 5 combined oil-recovery and cleaning ships are arranged in November 1997. It is shown in Table 7-8.
